Sole to Soul

This class is designed to balance our sometimes flagging or frenetic energy at the beginning of the work week. We build our practice from the ground up, nourishing and strengthening the body as we move from the soles of our feet, settling our soul as we dance through this moving then supine meditation. Beginning with a seamlessly flowing, muscularly dynamic standing sequence – breath and movement intimately connected – followed by some long held 'yin' like stretches, ending with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra* session. This class will leave you feeling rested and energized. Appropriate for all levels.
